Ticos Commerce LLC facilitates connections between clients and suppliers, both domestically and internationally. We act as intermediaries by identifying business opportunities, supporting negotiations, and overseeing the process.
Important: Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Ticos Commerce LLC is not a party to the sales contract, does not directly manufacture or sell the products or services being negotiated, and does not guarantee the final outcome of negotiations between the client and the supplier.
Eligibility and registration
- You must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction.
- The information you provide when registering as a customer or supplier must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- We reserve the right to reject or cancel the registration of any person or company that fails to comply with these terms.
User responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
Use the site and our contact channels (form, WhatsApp, social media) lawfully and in good faith.
Refrain from providing false or misleading information regarding products, services, or operational capacity.
Comply with the commercial agreements you establish directly with the counterparty (client or supplier) introduced by Ticos Commerce LLC.
Refrain from using the site for fraudulent or illegal purposes, or in a manner that infringes upon the rights of third parties.
Supplier verification
We conduct a reasonable evaluation process for the providers in our network. However, this verification does not constitute an absolute guarantee of the quality, legality, timeliness, or performance of any specific provider. We recommend that clients conduct their own due diligence before finalizing any agreement.
Commercial transactions
The terms regarding price, delivery times, payment methods, and other conditions of each transaction are agreed upon directly between the client and the supplier. Ticos Commerce LLC may facilitate the process but does not process payments between the parties, unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific case.
Intellectual property
The content of this site (text, design, logo, graphics) is the property of Ticos Commerce LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Third-party links
Our site may include links to social media or other third-party sites (such as WhatsApp). We do not control or bear responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of those external sites.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ticos Commerce LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or from a commercial transaction between the customer and the supplier, including but not limited to loss of merchandise, delays, breaches of contract between the parties, or economic losses.
Compensation
You agree to indemnify and hold Ticos Commerce LLC harmless against any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of our services.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these terms or that your conduct poses a risk to other users or to the operation of the service.
Modifications to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will post any changes on this page, along with the date of the last update. Continued use of the site following an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing law
